Scope
This policy describes how Opitara, LLC (“Opitara,” “we,” “us”) collects and handles information on the marketing pages of opitara.com and automlhub.com. It does not cover the AutoMLHub platform itself. Once a buyer or publisher is onboarded to the platform, separate platform privacy terms apply and supersede this policy for any data processed through the product.
Information we collect
We collect a small amount of information when you visit our marketing site: standard server and analytics signals (IP address, browser, device type, referring page, the pages you viewed, and approximate location derived from IP), and the contents of any form you submit to us (typically name, work email, organization, role, and a free-text message). We do not run cross-site tracking, sell visitor data, or build advertising profiles.
How we use it
Analytics signals help us understand which pages people find useful and where the site needs work. Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry, route you to the right person, and follow up about Opitara and AutoMLHub. If you ask us to add you to a mailing list, we use your address only for that list and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum information needed with categories of service providers: site hosting and analytics, email delivery, customer-relationship management, and security and abuse prevention. These providers act under contractual obligations consistent with this policy. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Opitara or others.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, request that we not sell or share it (we do not sell it), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, the GDPR gives you the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@opitara.com and we will respond within the statutory window.
Security
We use industry-standard practices for the marketing site: transport encryption (TLS) for all traffic, access controls and least-privilege on our infrastructure, and security review of the third-party providers we depend on. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law in the event of a material incident.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site evolves or as the law requires. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of the page, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.
